Step 1
Application / Interview
Application: Submit your application by stopping by Torcan Staffingโs office. A member of the recruiting team will review your information. If you meet our hiring criteria, we will proceed to the interview immediately.
Interview: A recruiter will conduct a one-on-one interview to assess your experience, career goals, and work preferences. During the interview, we will review your work history and identify opportunities for you.

Step 2
Paperwork/Reference
Paperwork: You will be asked to provide your driverโs license, CVOR, and driverโs abstract, as well as a criminal background check, so that we can make copies of the documents.
References Check: Your previous employers will be contacted to verify dates of employment, reasons for dismissal, attendance record, and work performance.
Step 3
Orientation/Dispatch
Orientation: If you are hired, you will receive an e-manual containing our Staffing employee information package, which includes policies & procedures, Health & safety information, and the workplace harassment policy.
Dispatch: You will be provided with a schedule as well as the address, phone number, contact name, and all other information pertaining to the account that you will be working at.
