What does your hourly rate include?
Our hourly labour rate covers all mandatory employment costs, including:
- Employee hourly wages
- Vacation pay
- Public holiday pay
- Employer portion of CPP
- Employer portion of EI
- Employer Health Tax
- WSIB premiums
- Commercial General Liability Insurance
- Errors and Omissions Insurance
There are no hidden charges.
Do you have WSIB coverage?
Yes. WSIB premiums are paid for every worker we dispatch.
We also send WSIB clearance certificates to our customers by email and mail every 90 days, confirming active coverage and good standing.
Do you guarantee the suitability of your workers?
Yes. You have one full shift (up to 8 hours) to assess each worker. If you’re not satisfied, you don’t pay.
If an issue arises on site, a JustLabour representative will come to the workplace and speak directly with the worker.
What if I need workers after hours or on weekends?
We’re available when you need us. You can call our mobile number and speak to a live person after hours or on weekends for immediate support.
Do you have the financial capacity to handle large orders?
Yes. We work with a staffing-focused funding partner that allows us to fund an unlimited volume of invoices, ensuring we can support orders of any size.
Do you pay public holiday pay?
Yes. All public holiday pay is processed in accordance with the Ontario Employment Standards Act.
Can you supply summer students?
Yes. We can provide summer students directly, and we can also manage payroll for students you hire independently.
Do workers have steel-toed safety shoes?
Yes. All workers are required to arrive with safety footwear.
If a worker shows up without proper footwear, we can deliver a pair for use that day.
What happens if a worker is injured on site?
Our team member will assist immediately and help manage the situation at the workplace.

Yes. We can prepare workers for specific assignments, including:
